Appointment letter

All employees are issued a company appointment letter along with the details of client name and place of posting

Salary Payment

We facilitate new bank account for employees linked with company corporate bank account, irrespective of place of posting in any city or any place in the country. The salary is directly transferred in the same account on a fixed date every month.

ESI benefit

Employees’ State Insurance Scheme of India is a multi-dimensional Social Security Scheme tailored to provide Socio-economic protection to the ’employees’ in the organised sector against the events of sickness, maternity, disablement and death due to employment injury and to provide medical care to the insured employees and their families.

As per the act, Every employee will get ESI and they will be provided with an ESI card looked with the local dispensary office place of posting, where he can avail medical facilities for him and his family members.

PF

As per the act, everyone will be entitled to be covered under PF scheme where employee’s and company’s share will be deposited with the PF office every month for the future needs.

Gratuity

As per the act, each employee will get  benefit of gratuity of they continuously work 5 years or more.

Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojna

Will be covered as per the scheme announced by government of India.
